Hill walking is a great passion of mine, not only is it a great way to keep fit, but it helps to calm the mind and is a good stress beater. After several hours exertion walking over fells or mountain summits, rewards the individual with many feelings, tiredness maybe, but I enjoy a sense of freedom and spiritual high you cannot gain in the city. Being close to nature and seeing stunning scenery is available freely to everyone who ventures into the countryside, alas not everyone takes that opportunity.
